Nadine Wright-Arbubakrr

Nadine Wright-Arbubakrr, is a native of Newark, NJ, and currently resides in the city of East Orange. Nadine received her early education in the Newark and East Orange School districts and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management & Marketing from Felician College.

She worked in the banking industry for over twenty-five years and has over nine years of experience working for the East Orange and Newark School District as a substitute teacher, teacher’s assistant, and in the Office of Special Education.

Nadine is the President and Executive Director of Nassan’s Place, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization formed in 2012 and is inspired by her son, Nassan who is on the autism spectrum.

Nadine has received numerous awards and accolades from the public and private sectors for her commitment and dedication to helping to enrich and make a difference in the lives of children and families affected by Autism in and around under-served inner-city communities.

In her free time, Nadine loves spending time with her children, grandchildren, friends, and family.
