Para inscribir a su hijo para este año escolar, DEBE tener al menos 5 años antes del 1 de octubre.

 

Grados 1 a 5

Para inscribir a su hijo en una escuela, debe tener una transferencia y una boleta de calificaciones actual.

 

Grados 10 a 12

Para inscribir a su hijo en los grados 10 a 12, necesitará su expediente académico no oficial, transferencia y una boleta de calificaciones actual.

 

La inscripción debe ser realizada por el padre o tutor legal (los documentos de tutela deben presentarse en el momento de la inscripción). El padre o tutor legal debe tener una identificación con foto válida presente al momento de la inscripción. Los certificados de nacimiento, los exámenes físicos completos (deben estar firmados y sellados por un médico) y los registros de inmunización (vacunas) son obligatorios. Todas las personas que registren niños deben traer tres (3) comprobantes de residencia.

Requisitos medicos

  • 1 dosis de vacuna neumocócica (mínimo de 1 dosis después del 1er cumpleaños)
  • 1 dosis Influenza (anualmente entre el 1 de septiembre al 31 de diciembre de cada año)

 

Para Kindergarten, su hijo debe tener un registro actual de registros de inmunización (vacunas) que sean apropiados para su edad junto con un examen físico actual (debe estar firmado y sellado por MD). Estas vacunas son obligatorias y son sin excepción:

 

4 dosis DTaP con una dosis administrada al cumplir 4 años o después o 5 dosis cualesquiera

Pruebas de plomo

 

El estado de Nueva Jersey exige que todos los estudiantes de prejardín de infantes se hagan una prueba de detección de plomo. Por favor, haga que su hijo sea examinado antes de registrarse. Lead Testing

The state of New Jersey requires all Pre-Kindergarten students to get lead tested. Please have your child tested prior to registering. Lead Poisoning can cause learning and behavior problems in children. Lead can also cause slowed growth, anemia, and hearing problems. A child might have lead in his or her blood, but still, look healthy. Prevent lead poisoning. The time required to complete a registration depends on the complexity. To speed up the registration process, please complete the online application and upload the necessary documents.
If you reside with an East Orange resident and do not have the three (3) required proofs of address in your name, then you must come to the Enrollment Center and pick-up a Residency Check form. An appointment is not necessary to pick up the Residency Check form.

A birth certificate, current physical, shot records, and completion of the online application, are mandatory.

 

If you have a problem completing the online registration process, an appointment is necessary. Everyone entering the Enrollment Center must wear a mask, and children do not have to be present.

 

We have a fax request form for school records that you can download and bring with you to your scheduled appointment (if necessary) or email it. There is a 48 hour turnaround time.
