Operations, Compliance & Educational Support Services
As the Assistant Superintendent of Operations and Compliance, it is my honor to ensure that our schools operate in a safe, smooth, and efficient manner. This department is responsible for the implementation of federal and state laws and policies of the East Orange Board of Education. Additionally, we oversee and manage student enrollment, and Focus student database system.
The following departments are a part of the Operations team: Early Childhood, Educational Support Services, and Parent Relations, Labor Relations and Employment Services, and Special Education. We are committed to collaborating with our families, community members, and strategic community partners to enhance our educational program and the operations of the East Orange School District. Every decision we make is centered around what is best for students. We are committed to operational excellence, integrity in compliance, and improving systems that promote the success of all students.
