Andrea McPhatter

Andrea D. McPhatter has devoted her life’s ministry to serving children and youth at risk and is passionate about creating change in underserved communities. Over the last 16 years, Andrea has served as an elected government official and has worked within the public sector to create and support legislation, municipal infrastructure, programming, and services for families and children within New Jersey. 

Andrea worked in the private sector for Fortune 500 companies such as Prudential, Pruco Securities, American Express, and Wyeth for 17 years. Her knowledge and statewide partnerships within government coupled with her experience, technical certifications, and education of A.S in business management and B.S. in information systems and marketing provide the foundation for strategic vision, management, and business acumen necessary to develop and implement scalable projects.

Andrea is the president of Forever Solutions Corporation (MWB), an engineering development firm whose social responsibility commits to building partnerships with educators, community partners, and faith based organizations focused on reducing disparities in education, mental, and behavioral health for children within blighted communities such as East Orange, New Jersey.

As the mother of three children, she is passionate as she serves on numerous boards, nonprofit, and community organizations such as The East Orange Board Of Education and Essex Regional Educational Services Commission.

As a proud 25 year resident and home owner in the city of East Orange, Andrea continues to develop children and serves the community knowing by faith her stewardship creates seeds of change which is a catalyst for a brighter and better tomorrow.
